I am a freelancer and researcher interested in the ancient Indian history and its impact on the current events. The Indians have been subjected to coolie-mentality that works even today. Though, they earn, they are controlled by the factors of ego, selfishness and other facts and thus they compromise, dilute or even sacrifice their religion, culture, heritage, tradition and civilization. The racial interpretation of Indian history has played havoc and I am trying to analyse it critically.

Some politicians polarise electorate: K. G. Balakrishnan!
Published on November 18th, 2008 In News, Philosophy, Politics |  Views 54

The Chief Justice of India, K. G. Balakrishnan, belonging to the Scheduled Caste occupying the highest post has come out with an opinion that “some politicians polarize the electorate"!.Generally, people like him should not make such statements, particularly, when the politicians have started trading such charges openly.

As usual, the Congress has been beating its communal stick using “spokesman", the BJP has been resoponding directly through the leaders.

Some politicians polarise electorate: CJI
Press Trust of India
Tuesday, November 18, 2008 (New Delhi)

Chief Justice of India K G Balakrishnan on Tuesday said “regressive" politics on divisive issues is the biggest threat to the Constitution of the country.

He also expressed concern over degradation of moral values in judiciary.

“Regressive brand of politics is threatening our Constitution, and the principles that our constitution stands for. There has been several instances of senseless violence in recent times to polarise the nation on the flimsiest of reasons," he said addressing a conference on National Value Crisis and Redressal.

In a pluralistic society, there is bound to be differences, but with maturity of democracy these differences should be resolved amicably, Balakrishnan said.

Turning to the issue of judiciary, he said it “is a watchdog of society".

“There have been allegations against higher judiciary in recent days. It has raised question on who would watch the watchdog," he said adding, “our national values are deeply eroding at this time".

When he has great concern about moral values and all, ironical that he himself asked many questions right inside the Supreme Court about the faith of Hindus in the case of Rama-sethu issue!.

How is that at that time, he never bothered about his position or such moral values?

Is he giving his opinion cyptyly or suggesting to side with the any group of politicians?

On 16-11-2008, KGB was asserting that “there was no tussle among judiciary, executive and legislature”!

No tussle between judiciary, executive, legislature: CJI

Kochi, Nov 16 (PTI) Chief Justice of India K G Balakrishnan today rubbishes reports of tussle between judiciary, executive and legislature and said it to be a media creation.
“There is no so called tussle. It is only the creation of the media,” Balakrishnan said rubbishing reports in this regard.

“I met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Lok Sabha Speaker Somnath Chatterjee recently. There is no tussle,” the CJI said in an interview to Malyalam television channel ‘Asianet News’.

“The Speaker has criticised the judiciary and when we get opportunity, we also reply back,” he said.

To bring down pendency of cases, each state should ask for more courts. Judiciary is not getting whole-hearted support from the concerned state governments for setting up courts, he said.

On corruption in judiciary, the CJI said, “I have never said corruption is not there in judiciary… However, either most of the complaints against judges are vague or are being given by litigants who have lost cases. We cannot inquire into such allegations… But when special instances are brought to the court’s notice like the case against Kolkata High Court judge, action has been initiated.” On ways to improve the judicial system in the country, Balakrishnan said the quality of justice system has to be improved.

Efforts are being made to ensure that media reported court proceedings in a correct and fair manner, he said, adding that a week long training for media personnel will be held at IGNOU to improve their quality.

Elaborating on the problem of pendency of cases, the CJI said, India is the only country where there is such huge pendency of cases. PTI

KGB is forgetting operhaps, wha he said about “nudity” and justified Hussain!

Can wwe hold responsible for such degradation of moral values in India?

Had he been so concerned about India’s moral values, how he could have decided to support Hussain by resorting tyo cite such example?

Even today, they tribals at one side and high-elite-modern-westernized women walk, rund and even dance with breasts moving in all directions nakedly!

Therefore, can he advise all Indian women to go like that?

Accordinly, can he justify Puja Bhatt etc?

    K. G. Balakrishnan, H. M. Hussain, EVR, Karunanidhi etc.

    K. G. Balakrishnan, the Chief Justice of India asked counsel, “Do you know that women were not allowed to cover the upper part of their body? It was only after a revolution that they were allowed to cover the upper part of their body, so should we go back to that practice?”

The elections to Kashmir have been held in 7 different phases

    1. The first phase of election will begin on November 17,

    2. while the second phase will be held on November 23.

    3. Third phase will be held on November 30,

    4. fourth will be held on December 7,,

    5. fifth on December 13,,

    6. sixth on December 17, and

    7. seventh phases will be held on December 24 respectively, as announced.

Interestingly, before each dates, the incidences happened show a pattern, which has to be analyzed carefully.

As our KGB has been very clever and intelligent, he must have noticed it!
