I am a freelancer and researcher interested in the ancient Indian history and its impact on the current events. The Indians have been subjected to coolie-mentality that works even today. Though, they earn, they are controlled by the factors of ego, selfishness and other facts and thus they compromise, dilute or even sacrifice their religion, culture, heritage, tradition and civilization. The racial interpretation of Indian history has played havoc and I am trying to analyse it critically.

Railway Minister, RPF and Malegaon Blasts!

Railway Minister, RPF and Malegaon Blasts!

The Indian Railway Minister has openly blurted out that Advani was a terrorist. According to him “BJP and Advani are terrorists and all of them should go to Jail"!

It has to be remembered that the Political Clown has already been under multi-crore fodder scandal case and the shameless Sonia has accommodated such corrupted man as Railway Minister just to loot public money.

While PM theorizes about “Keynesian warning" and FM on the decrease of inflation, as if the Indians are enjoying the life, the Railway Minister has been misusing the forces to “investigate" against the terrorists like Advani and other BJP-walas!

The north Indians have been so afraid of Karunanidhi and they used to be baffled as to why this man always abuses Ram, talks nonsense about Hindu religion and calls Hindus “thieves" and so on!

Now, perhaps, South Indian could understand that such-type of creature is there in the north also. As for as local politics, tactics followed and other qualitues, perhaps, both match with each other with some differences!

Lalu Yadav calls L K Advani ‘terrorist"16 Nov 2008, 1410 hrs IST, Times Now

NEW DELHI: Union railway minister Lalu Prasad slammed BJP leader L K Advani and called him a ‘terrorist". ( Watch )

Even as the Malegaon blast probe continues, political parties are using the twists and turns in the story to gain mileage ahead of elections.

In the latest round of verbal duels, Union railway minister Lalu Prasad slammed the BJP and Hindu groups who are suspected of involvement in the terror attacks.

Lashing out at the BJP, he called the party"s prime ministerial candidate a ‘terrorist" and said such groups were trying to destroy the unity of the nation. Lalu said, “I"ve always been saying it. The BJP and L K Advani are terrorists. All of them should go to jail."

However, BJP leader Arun Jaitley dismissed Lalu"s comments deeming it unworthy of reply. He said, “I think there are some people who can singly lower the level of debate. They should not been given much of an importance."

CHANDIGARH: A seven-member team of Government Railway Police interrogated Lt-Col Shrikant Prasad Purohit and self-styled godman Dayanand Pandey in Mumbai on Sunday to find out their links with the blast on Samjhauta Express last year.

Headed by DSP Dalbir Singh, the railway police team spent an hour with Purohit and Pandey. The interrogation will continue on Monday morning, sources said.

“It was an informal questioning. The actual interrogation will start from Monday. Once their involvement is established, we will approach courts seeking their production warrants,'" said K K Mishra, IG, Railways.

Besides Haryana police, Rajasthan police have also questioned Purohit and Pandey over their suspected involvement in Ajmer blasts. Police have also served notice on on Sidharth Kaul, Pandey"s alleged contact in Faridabad.

“Kaul has said he would join the probe when he returns from abroad,'" Faridabad SP Shrikant Jadhav said.

The public prosecutor in the Malegaon blast told a Nashik court on Saturday that Purohit not only mastermind the terror attack on the mosque in Maharashtra, but orchestrated the blast on the Samjauhta Express.

Though the ATS has been lying about RDX, bomb manufacture etc., twisting the facts of 2006, the RP have decided to proceed, evidently as per the directions of Lalloo.

ATS denies 60kg RDX used in Samjhauta blast17 Nov 2008, 0220 hrs IST, Mateen Hafeez, TNN

MUMBAI/NASHIK: Maharashtra"s Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) on Sunday denied that the 60kg of RDX that Lt-Col Prasad Purohit had pilfered was used in the Samjhauta Express blast in February last year. Public prosecutor Ajay Misar, representing the ATS in the Malegaon blast case, had on Saturday told a Nashik court that the pilfered RDX was used in the Samjhauta blast case.

However, on Sunday, he blamed the media for “wrong interpretation" of his remark in the court. “I told the court that the police have to find out whether the 60kg RDX was used in some blasts across the country, including the Malegaon blast. My sentence has wrongly been interpreted by some newspapers," Misar said.

“I don"t know what Misar has told the court. I will have to check it out. We have not mentioned the use of RDX (in the Samjhauta case) in the remand papers. The ATS will not say such a thing without corroborating it with a witness," ATS chief Hemant Karkare told TOI on Sunday.

Around 70 persons, most of them Pakistani passengers, were killed near Panipat in the blast. The forensic analysis report of the Samjhauta blast had said that the material used in the blast was a highly flammable cocktail of fuel oils, potassium chlorate and sulphur.

Misar told the court on Saturday that Purohit (39) had handed over 60 kg RDX to one person identified as Bhagwan who used it for the Samjhauta blast. “A witness told us that Purohit had 60 kg RDX in his possession while posted in Deolali, Nashik. He had to deposit the explosive at the army"s artillery department in Jammu and Kashmir. However, Purohit told our witness that he had not deposited the explosive with the army and instead told them that he had threw it into the Jhelum river in J"K. He later gave the RDX to a person named Bhagwan who used it in the Samjhauta train bomb blast," Misar had told chief judicial magistrate H K Gantra while seeking an extension in Purohit"s police custody.

Interestingly, the ATS prosecutor also did not clarify whether the Army conducted any internal probe after the 60kg RDX went missing and how much RDX was used in the train blast.

The UPA"s muddling with ATS has been revealing when Singhvi, the Congress spokesman appeared before TIMES-NOW and could notface Vinod Mehta, Outlook-editor that ATS was leaking their so-called investigative reports “drop by drop"!

At one stage Singhvi had to shout back that some politicians were giving away information of ATS to press!

None-other-than Congress, particularly, the Maharastra Congress alone could pass on such ATS information to the media for sensayionalism and politics.

The former Home Minister, who colluded and collaborated with the Taliban / Al-Quida Jihadi terrorists Muft Mohammed Syed has also come out accusing the Governor S. K. Sinha for harbouring “Hindu terrorists" ! Note his language!!

Terror ‘guru" stayed as ex-governor Sinha"s guest: Mufti16 Nov 2008, 2109 hrs IST, PTI
http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/articleshow/msid-3720306,prtpage-1.cms

JAMMU: Former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister and PDP leader Mufti Mohammad Sayeed on Sunday demanded a probe into alleged links between the ex-state Governor Lt-Gen(Retd) S K Sinha and Hindu seer and Malegaon blast accused Dayanand Pandey. ( Watch )

Sinha however said Sayeed"s allegation was totally false. “I don"t know him. I never met him," said Sinha, who had strained relations with the PDP during his tenure.

Pandey, who frequently visited the state, was a guest of the former governor and stayed at the Raj Bhawan in Srinagar in 2007, the PDP patron alleged at a news conference.

This showed Pandey"s “connections" with the ex-governor and this should be probed, Sayeed said. Pandey was arrested on Nov.12 and sent to judicial custody by a Nashik court.

“Frequent visits by Pandey to the state and his being entertained by the former Governor raises suspicion…," he said, adding the matter needed to be probed in the background of alleged involvement of some army officers in the Malegaon blasts.

Sayeed said the alleged involvement of seers and army officers in Malegaon blasts was dangerous, adding authorities should also probe the “linkage" of such elements with Kashmir militancy.

Asked whether he had differences with the ex-governor on the Amarnath land issue, Sayeed said he wanted implementation of Sengupta committee"s recommendations, including limiting the number of devotees undertaking the Amarnath pilgrimage.

But, Sinha was adamant and did not agree with the advice of his government, he alleged.

The committee was set up in the aftermath of over 200 people losing their lives due to avalanches and snowstorms en route the cave shrine.

Remember, he knew the place of her daughter, where the Mohammedan terrorists kept her as “captive" and he was sending biriyani daily! The result was ransom!! That was the achievement of Congress for having the Mufti as “Home Minister" of India!!!!

Now all of these corrupted Congresswalas, congress-collaborators have ganged up against BJP, but against India only, as gtheir activities have been bring bad image to India only and not to BJP!

Cong using ATS to malign BJP: Venkaiah
18 Nov 2008, 0307 hrs IST, Suchandana Gupta, TNN
    http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/articleshow/msid-3724326,prtpage-1.cms

BHOPAL: BJP has accused Congress of “playing with fire'’ by attacking and insulting `sadhus, sants, sadhvis’ and Army in a well-framed conspiracy.

Referring to the arrests of sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, Lt. Col. Shrikant Purohit and seer Dayanand Pandey, BJP leader and Madhya Pradesh election in-charge Venkaiah Naidu said, “We did not want to make it an electoral issue. But the manner in which the Mumbai ATS is indulging in live commentary and selective leakage of information every day, makes us believe that the agency is being used as an election tool by the Centre against BJP when six states are going to the polls.'’

The position is at variance with the initial stand of the BJP articulated by L K Advani who had said immediately after the arrest of Pragya Singh late last month, that the sadhvi should be punished if she is found guilty. The reason clearly is the electoral traction that politicising the arrest of sadhvi and others gives to the BJP.

Not surprisingly, the BJP now says the arrested people will be taken to the people through public meetings and election rallies where BJP leaders will compare the ATS’s role with regard to the Malegaon blast as against the 2006 serial blasts in Mumbai trains. “BJP condemns all acts of terror including Malegaon. But the ATS seems to be issuing regular statements on a blast which killed seven people while it is silent on the Mumbai train blasts which killed 207 people,'’ said Naidu.

Venkaiah said the party might register a complaint with EC and ask for a probe into the ATS’s role in maligning BJP and its allies. “When it’s a matter of national security and terrorism, the duty of investigating agencies is to collect facts and evidence. The agencies maintain a certain degree of confidentiality. But the Mumbai ATS has been busy making public statements and passing comments rather than investigating the case. We question the timing of these arrests and the statements issued which are an effort to malign BJP,'’ he said.

Venkaiah told reporters Congress has a “dirty tricks department'’ which is usually up and working before elections to plan conspiracies and level allegations which are never proved before the court of law. He recalled that during 1996 elections, Congress alleged Advani was involved in a hawala scam. Yet it could prove nothing.

BJP alleged whenever Congress is in power at the Centre, CBI becomes the Congress Bureau of Investigation, Doordarshan becomes Congressdarshan and now, the Mumbai ATS has become the party’s `yes’ department.

He alleged that ATS makes statements based on which Congress has been attacking the BJP and demanding a ban on RSS-VHP. “Since it’s election time, the people of the country have the right to know. Hence, the Mumbai ATS should produce evidence before the people of this country,'’ he said.

BJP also dared the Congress to ban RSS-VHP-Bajrang Dal. “We challenge Congress to ban these organisations and show us. Nobody will be able to save Congress. It’s digging its own grave,'’ Venkaiah said.

    Cong misusing ATS probe: BJP
Express news service Posted online: Nov 18, 2008 at 0218 hrs
    http://www.indianexpress.com/story_print.php?storyid=387204

New Delhi: : A day after Swami Ramdev and the saffron brotherhood upped the ante on the Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur issue, going to the extent of demanding a “regime change” when the country faces parliamentary elections, the BJP on Monday said the Congress “was directing and misusing the ATS probe for its selfish political benefit”.

“The Congress is speaking more than the ATS. How else does one explain the selective leaks,” said BJP spokesperson Prakash Javadekar at a press conference.

The BJP spokesperson claimed that the Congress-led Government had “forced the ATS to close down inquiry into the serial train blasts in Mumbai on the request of some leaders who felt the sentiments of one particular religious community would be hurt.”

“The state Government never allowed the ATS to conduct any scientific tests like narco-analysis, polygraph tests on any of the suspects in that instance,” said Javadekar. “The 2006 Malegaon blast case was handed over to the CBI only for political benefits,” he added. “The Congress must realise that terror incidents can be solved not through propaganda but only through hard evidence and non-politicised probes.”

Repeating that the expression “Hindu terrorism” must not be used, the party spokesperson added that the ATS was not at fault and should continue to be entrusted with the probe.

MOHAMMEDAN TAKE THE CLUE: THEY WANT THEIR JIHADI TERRORISTS RELEASED AS THE HINDU TERRORISTS ARE INVOLVED IN THE BLAST!

    Jamiat seeks blast release
by OUR LEGAL CORRESPONDENT in Telegraph dated 18-11-2008
    http://www.telegraphindia.com/1081118/jsp/nation/story_10125913.jsp#

New Delhi, Nov. 17: The Jamiat Ulema-i-Hind has moved the Supreme Court for the release of Muslim youths held in connection with blasts at Malegaon since 2001.

The move follows the arrest of Hindu suspects, including religious leaders, in the latest explosion in the town that killed six people last September.

In a petition filed today, the Jamiat said the investigating agencies had “wrongly” arrested dozens of Muslims after the 2001, 2006 and 2008 blasts in the Maharashtra textile town and sought an inquiry by a retired apex court judge or a sitting high court judge.

Jamiat lawyer Anis Suhrawardy said that despite “repeated” demands, the state government had not asked an “independent agency” to probe the explosions, and it was only after police tortured the suspects that the cases were handed over to the CBI.

“Maharashtra police started arresting people indiscriminately…. The basis was to brand them members of (the banned) Simi,” the petition said. “After arrest, the young and highly educated boys were brutally tortured, physically and mentally, by the police till the cases were handed over to the CBI…. It is unfortunate that they are still languishing in jail.”

It added: “Till today, despite investigation for a considerable period, nothing has been found against them. Though some links were clearly showing involvement of some Hindu elements, the police did not look into those aspects.”

Lieutenant Colonel Shrikant Purohit, a serving officer in the army, sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur and a self-styled Shankaracharya, Dayanand Pandey, have been arrested in connection with the September 29 blast.

Pragya is alleged to be a former member of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh student arm) and Durga Vahini, the women’s wing of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad.

The petition said the same method had been adopted in all the blasts in Malegaon, suggesting that the bombers were the same. But “no corrective measures were taken” after the 2001 and 2006 blasts, leading to the latest bombing, it added.
