Why these black brigade stand with folded hands so obeisance?

Ironically, one of the resolutions passed declares as follows:

(7) ஏடுகள், இதழ்கள், தொலைக்காட்சிகள் போன்ற ஊடகங்கள் பெண்களை அழகுப் பொருளாகவும், வியாபாரச் சந்தையில் நுகர்வுக் கலாச்சாரப் பொருளாகவும் பயன்படுத்தும் போக்கை இம்மாநாடு வன்மையாகக் கண்டிக்கிறது.

பெண்ணென்றால் நீ என்று கூப்பிடவேண்டும்; ஆண் என்றால் நீங்கள் என்று அழைக்கவேண்டும் என்கிற ஏற்றத்தாழ்வு நீக்கப்பட்டு மரியாதைத் தன்மையில் இருபாலரும் அழைக்கும் பழக்கத்தை கழகக் குடும்பத்தினர் எடுத்துக்காட்டாகப் பின்பற்றவேண்டும் என்று இம்மாநாடு கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறது.

Why folded hands, as if they worship?

If there is no god for them, they have made their own gods. So as the walking god comes, the girls with folded hands revere him greeting!

When the conference is meant for the women, why they are made to do like this, that too venerating man?

How is that it fits into self-respect code of the girls and women, when they are taught to fly away from the clutches of the women?

Note the third person sitting is P. Jagadesan, member of Planning Commission TN, when he was VC for the Bharadhidasan University, and he made the girl-students to stand like this on either side, when he used to attend function. The Indian Express published news at that time, exposing his arrogant behaviour.

Now he has been the “official historian" (Asthana pandithar) to Karunanidhi.
The fourth person sitting is Naganathan, of Planning Commission of TN.All will be coming to TNHC to be held at PMU, Vallam on19th to 21st this month.
